According to offroad.com the Herbst boys won baja. Gordon was holding a 15min lead for most of the event, but had to duck out early to catch a chopper to get to a flight to get him to a nascar race... tough life for some... just after that at mile 845 the truck broke...

Rumours are and I agree,buggys over ten racing years old should have a full tech inspection as they would be fully fatigued frames within that time.People are more concerned with helmets and overalls then the integrity of old frames.Could these be coffins?
